What all do you know about the nuts and bolts of prosecution, the decisions to pursue prosecution of a particular matter and why or why not and the countless factors that are considered therein, the list of specific federal criminal statutes that may apply and to whom specifically, the potential procedural roadblocks that could be defeating obstacles such as statutes of limitations, etc etc?? I would have to assume that you have at least some working knowledge of those and the numerous other consequential factors that may or may not apply - if your conclusions and opinions on the matter(s) are to be afforded any credibility.
