No and he shouldn't. Everyone knew when we found bin laden we were going in and getting it done. There was no risk of war by attacking bin laden either.
Trump launched a bombing against another sovereign country and their military. It's within Trump's authority to do but it's also more likely to bring on war then us taking down bin laden ... It's also contrary to Trump's I'm ending wars not starting them talk but I guess when you fail to end em what's starting another one matter ....

So are you in favor of preemptive strikes or reactionary after something happens. So if the Administration had reliable information should they immediately act or wait…wait…wait…wait…until Congress approves. Don’t misunderstand me, anything longer or more intensive that a couple of strikes would require Congressional approval.
