In addition to Congressional Democrat's bill to strip Trump of his SS protection if he goes to jail, also remember that the Biden administration has denied SS protection for RFK Jr.
They’ve denied RFK Jr’s protection at least 5 times and policy states he should have it within a year of an election.
Regardless of party affiliation, Democrats are ok with assignation attempts on both opponents.
