Floyd was saying, “I can’t breathe” long before Chauvin was even on scene and he was sitting upright. Watch the FULL footage
I have as well as this documentary. IF someone is panicking saying they can't breathe the last thing you should do is put your knee on their neck/top of the back making it harder for the person to breathe. 2nd degree murder is a stretch but I think we should start holding the state accountable (not just police but all agencies) when they take our rights.

maintained control with less pressure
I’ll ask you. In order to say less pressure you’d have to know how much pressure was being exerted.
How many PSI of pressure did Saint Floyd endure?

I have avoided watching this documentary because I didn't want to become pissed off all over again. I knew pretty much everything that went down when George Floyd, The Summer of Love and the subsequent highly biased leftist judicial system in Minneapolis MN that incarcerated 4 Minneapolis police officers. Now, I have finished watching this documentary and yes, I'm not only pissed off, I'm disappointed in how easily people can be duped by their political leaders and the leftist media. Psychologists/psychiatrists have shown again and again through various psychological experiments that 30-40% of the populace is easily led astray if they feel those who are duping them are authority figures.
I think the George Floyd ruse and the Summer of Love Riots, BS that embarrassed the whole nation on the global stage lends credence to what these psychological experiments have shown, too many people can't think for themselves, they lack critical thinking skills and therefore they are easily led like docile sheep by their political leaders and leftist media.

I've yet to figure out how the rigged jury found Chauvin guilty of 2nd degree murder when the MRT technique was clearly part of the Minneapolis Police Dept training, MRT is in the training manual.
Maybe they could have convicted Chauvin of involuntarily manslaughter but the prosecution would still have to prove he was acting outside of his training as a police officer.
The Chauvin trial and the trials of the other 3 officers was nothing more than lawfare and every lawyer on the prosecution, the judge, and the jurors, who all admitted they were supporters of BLM should be called before a US congressional committee to answer some questions concerning their indefensible bias against these police officers.

the conservative talking points in defense of Chauvin are hilarious
Oh Floyd OFed? so he just knelt in the neck of a dying man for 9+ minutes? thats the BEST case scenario? I misuse of force and a disgusting disregard for human life?
Did you watch the documentary?
What's interesting is Floyd had a similar arrest about a year earlier where he was repeating some of the same stuff he said on the day he died in May of 2020. The other bad look for Floyd was the body cam footage that showed he had popped some illicit pills in his mouth to hide them but when he was arguing with police you can clearly see the pills in his mouth.

THE DEEP STATE - It was an election year so the pathetic democrats had this white on black crime fall in their laps so they blew it up and politicized it.
Dementia Joe - Joe Biden, at the time a presidential candidate, responded to these events by advocating for changes in policing practices and expressing solidarity with the Black community.
Kamala Harris advanced her career off of it.
Kamala Harris, then a US Senator for California, became a prominent voice in the national conversation about racial justice and police reform. She was already a rising star in the Democratic party, but her visibility and influence increased during this period, which ultimately contributed to her selection as Joe Biden's running mate in the 2020 election.
“Thank you, George Floyd, for sacrificing your life for justice,” Pelosi said
