The woman was simply trying to enter the street, easing closer as the ICEbot parade continued. She eased forward and the ICEbot got pissed that she didn't completely yield. The woman motioned for him to go around her. But instead of that, the ICEbot got out of his car and attacked the woman, who tried to escape by driving off as the ICEbot was trying to pull her out of the car. That's when the fellow ICEbot shot her.
Did you see the video? Not sure how any normal human being could draw any other conclusion. Hope that motherf*cker gets life for his murder.

Are you a child? Calm down and let it play out, but from what I’ve seen it was a justified shot.
I’ll wait and see how it plays out in the end. I can assure you there’s more evidence via video, eye witnesses, etc.

Legally yeah that’s what they’re gonna say (and it’ll be up to the courts). I doubt he gets 2nd degree or anything but I doubt he walks scot free entirely either (slap on the hand probably).
But that’s after the fact, which is my point. What legitimate reason did they have to approach her vehicle and try and force her out in the first place.

I believe she was either under arrest or detained for obstruction. That is why they told her to get out of the vehicle. She refused to comply with lawful orders. She resisted with violence (armed with a deadly weapon).

It is never a good idea to hit the accelerator when a cop is pointing a gun at you and telling you to exit the vehicle. That will ALWAYS end up badly.
