I'm not a doctor, but it seems to me that if you get run over by a car, the chances of you shooting the driver in the face at point blank range isn't real good.
Thats the whole point of "shooting to defend oneself BEFORE getting run over."
Unless of course he was concerned that the vehicle would move sideways. They don't exactly take rocket scientists in ICE these days.

This lady somehow thought it was a good idea to go out there and pull this.
Of all the things she could be doing at 9:30 in the morning she decided to do this.
Obstruct the will of the people that mandated that the federal government get control of the problem with unchecked illegal immigration.
Americans voted for that and this lady took it upon herself to inject herself in the middle of it.
An unfortunate situation but thats where we at in 2026.

Is that accurate that they are trained never to approach a vehicle from the front? That really doesn’t absolve the woman from FAFO. However, if it is accurate, it does not bode well for the lawsuit that will obviously follow.
