Those four nations are a long way from doing anything together at the moment. At various points in the last decade, they've been rivals, and even when Iran had militias all across the region, they were still rivals. Which means that the threat of a militant Iran with militias deployed across the region and in active fighting with different factions and still this was not enough to bring these groups together.
