Looks like this is based primarily in the standing issue.
I haven't looked at the full history, but I imagine this is not a decision on the merits themselves.

It isn’t. His writ is only asking SCOTUS to force the trial court to hear the merits.

Certainly resolving this one way or another is a bad thing, right?
But continue with your brilliant and logical arguments, please. They say a lot about what you are.

Ed- don’t get excited.
Anyone can file a writ application.
The SCOTUS denies well over 90%.
This guy is self represented, which well over 99% of the time means he’s so nuts he can’t find anyone to represent him.
I find it highly unlikely-and by unlikely I mean less likely than me dying of Covid unlikely- that the Supreme Court will hear this case.

If the mods hurry up and delete this thread, we can enjoy a few hours of a hungover boared bitching about freedom of speech after lunch.

Come on comrade. Please allow us to prove you were right all along. In doing so it will help us heal.
I mean, you do think you were right all along, don't you?

Nothing will come out of this. Nothing.

Lol. No. It's not.
Your Q arse has zero credibility. Start over with a new alter.

Well no, I was obviously excited thinking we were going to get an election fraud case in front of SCOTUS. It saddens me to now learn that they likely won't hear it. But you go ahead and frick off anyways ok, champ?

I love how, so far, this thread has been visited by three communists who downvoted this. Yeah, it's just fricking terrible that a court is actually going to hear evidence of the stolen 2020 election, isn't it? frick you people.
IF the supreme court takes the case (unlikely), it does not “hear evidence.“ It will either affirm or reject the 10th circuit opinion on legal points. I suspect that it will affirm that opinion, 9-0.
