Watched all 42 minutes. If you jump on a message board and pretend to act like you know what's going on and you didn't watch this then you're dishonest and all you care about is winning even in the face of lies.

So Arbery made McMichaels double back around, stop, block the road with his truck, get out of the truck and move to intercept him as Arbery ran up the passenger side of the truck? That’s a powerful mind on that Arbery man.
We must be watching different videos. Arbery comes across the front of the truck, after running up the passenger side, to intercept Bubba Jr. That’s what I saw, and what the dude in the video describes. He runs up the passenger side, makes a left turn, and attacks Bubba Jr. If so, he initiated the physical altercation that resulted in his own death.

Can anyone tell me if it’s confirmed that he was robbing another house that day and provide a link? The internet is completely filled with disinformation on this and I haven’t followed it at all.
Its confirmed police were investigating a potential trespassing. Misdemeanor. There was no burgalary involved with arbery on the day in question.

He was in a home that was under construction. It does not appear that he took anything from that home. The owner said that Arbery was trespassing based on reviewing the camera footage he had of Arbery inside the home.

If Bubba doesn’t move to the passenger side of the truck, it’s not clear what would’ve happened. Arbery and Bubba meet as soon as Arbery comes even with the front of the truck.
The first shot is very close to Arbery coming to the front of the truck.

Fun thing is the police were prepared to place the shooters under arrest until the district attorney, who had a conflict of interest, blocked it.
At the very most, this is a not good on all ends. This is not the 1800s, your suspicions do not give you the right to take the law in your own hands and follow somebody.

More the case that the deceased was not a patron Saint as depicted by our resident, social, pariah, but rather a dangerous felonious criminal who carried loaded stolen firearms into high school sporting events for nefariousness.
Then he still was committing crimes.
I wouldn't have shot him in hindsight, but still I don't think this clown is a wise choice for a BLM pool party.
This is a big issue when one of these events happen.
That someone was killed wrongfully ends up making those seeking justice for them end up deifying them. This then sets up the false choice that either your support of justice is also a support for Sainthood or else you are supporting wholesale killing of blacks. Both choices are equally wrong but most people jump to either side and then join in the War of Poor Choices.

Although none of this is relevant considering the illegal citizens arrest attempt.

The pop was former LEO and had past dealings with the deceased in this case. It's all admissible and the Trial will be in Glynn county so, watch and see.
Even if the defense is able to successfully get it into evidence, the incident of being caught with a gun at school and the subsequent misdemeanor shoplifting case that caused his school gun incident probation to be revoked won't quite shed any light on whether the defendants personally observed or had immediate knowledge of a felony offense having been committed on the specific date in question.
The burden of proof is on the two defendants to prove justification for citizens arrest, and as we've all seen there is simply no evidence of that. Proving the commission of a felony is the only thing in between themselves and a subsequent finding that they committed aggravated assault, in which case self-defense is straight out the window.

You also should take into account the following:
Deceased was a felonious criminal caught at 19 years of age carrying a fully loaded "stolen" weapon into a high school sporting event.
He had recent theft convictions and was on parole.
Now he was facing criminal trespass and probably a list of other crimes and the three strike rule might have been in play.
This clown was not anyone's saint.

So that video of him going in the garage is definitely him?

So by all appearances from that point on, the dead guy was the aggressor, not the guys with the guns.

It certainly appears to be him. It’s at roughly the same time that McMichaels calls 911.

Also more video footage leaked of him in a neighbors garage at night
Gotta admire his curious nature. Must have been in the market for a new house and garage

Yep.
The defense will have to prove to a grand jury that the McMichaels' witnessed a felony.
While it's possible they might have, it's tough to tell off video.
This is not clear cut in either direction and at the most, all parties look absolutely awful here. You do not have the right to take the law in your own hands.

Well, you are ignoring part of the definition, aren’t you?
Immediate knowledge means in the presence of. He did not commit a crime in their presence or that they witnessed.

Nice cherry picking.... Funny how you didn't include the scenario I was alluding too.
Maybe CNN will hire you?

Some people tried to rob me at gunpoint the other day, thank god I was a shitty aggressor and just gave them my wallet, I probably deserved to get shot if I tried to attack them.
