Try that reasoning with G Floyd, M Brown, T Martin, or literally dozens of other thugs you get your pants in a bind when they actually attacked law enforcement with deadly intent, physically overcame the officer's resistance and continue beating on them until they are killed in self-defense.
Now compare with what Ashli Babbit did - with not a word of warning or direction - actually within arms reach of 3 other armed officers none of whom were trying to restrict what she was doing, nor even paying any attention to her, having been at most guilty of trespassing at the time she was executed.
