Legality of arguments as they were presented before SC stress parts that they didn’t like. Cut and splice and resubmit

I doubt it’s that… wouldn’t be a issue if said powers were used constitutionally… Trump surrounded by idiots who clearly don’t explain things to him

Yep. The extra cost burden on them from tariffs on items/parts they needed for their business to function made them unable to compete with international competitors. Exports are down and many small/medium businesses required that market to be sustainable

Business bankruptcy filings saw a 7.1 percent increase in the year ending December 31, 2025, with over 24,000 cases filed. Commercial Chapter 11 filings also rose significantly, with over 700 companies filing between January and November 2025, marking the highest rate since 2010.

Pretty clearly paying for illegals to come here, paying for Somali learing centers, and paying for EVERY country on this planet to have shite I don't have is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. I don't give a frick about your gay little litigious comments. I'm a rational taxpayer and I'm DONE with these fricks and done paying for any of it.

Remember this the next time the USSC rules against a Democrat POTUS for doing stuff not granted by the constitution.

You have a fundamental gap in your knowledge of the issue. The SC ruled upon the constitutionality of the actions taken by the executive branch

Amazing that the people who say they love freedom the most, actually hate the idea of checks and balances

That'll never happen in America. Too many social programs to fund. We need now money and tariffs did that.

What did they rule?

Some of us don’t spend our days hanging on the words of some old lawyers in DC.

The tariffs of the Trump admin authorized under the IEEPA were illegal, as the IEEPA does not grant the executive the authority to issue tariffs, so the admin doing so acted beyond their statutory authority.

It's obvious Congress has the power to pass the same tariffs Trump tried to impose.

Just do it.

You have a fundamental gap in your knowledge of economics and finance. The US is neck deep in an economic emergency. The Supreme Court just drove a stake through one of our few remaining tactics to try and slow this spiral toward collapse. The Congress will never (never) take the necessary actions to help in any way.

So you support violating the constitution whenever a president deems it’s an “emergency”?

The tariffs ARE what motivated the trillions of declared foreign investments.
And those countries that made the investment announcements understand this SCOTUS ruling does nothing to affect the tariffs. They understand that Trump will simply apply tariffs in a different mannner.

Keep up ole baw.
