was supposed to be carrying his permit to be legal in Minnesota

When would you have had him produce his ID? As he was being maced? Being tossed to ground? Or as he was being shot in the back?

Why was he carrying all that ammo? Anyone?
Do you carry??? If you carry you should have reloads as bad guys don’t wave a white flag of surrender if you run out of ammo.

No such thing…NEGLIGENT discharge Violation of CBP policy to remove holstered weapon until hands secured.

Link? You sure that covers removing a weapon from the possession of a subject they are attempting to get control of?

No, the morons with no PID of a threat pulled triggers and caused the shooting.

Plural? How many agents pulled triggers?

How many had their weapons drawn while Pretti was being directed to the ground? Compare that to how many were only showing nonlethal weapons in their hands.

How many drew their weapons when Pretti was observed to have a weapon in his waistband? How many had weapons drawn when the first shot was fired?

Are you sure you know what you’re talking about?

More than one…you obviously didnt watch both bystander videos. Where is CBP’s bodycams??? Another violation of CBP’s bodycam policy.

Obviously I do huh hero? Retired from HSI. Deportation Officers and Border Patrol have no business on American streets - they have less training than most local cops and BP needs to get their asses back to the border.

HE KNEW when he went out he was carrying an illegal weapon. He stupidly approached LEO's and did not inform them he was armed. That cost him his life.

But the gun discharging is what really caused the shooting.

Wrong. The asshat being violently non-compliant caused the shooting.

No I personally do not carry extra mags while having my side arm. Is this the new normal for carry?

“When would you have had him produce his ID? As he was being maced? Being tossed to ground? Or as he was being shot in the back?”

If he had neither his Id or his permit on him when he left the house when was HE expecting to produce it ??? When asked? When he started acting in an illegal obstructing fashion??

Stop acting like he’s a victim. He made choices all day up to and including when he got himself killed

Blame your side for creating the need and purposely exacerbating the issues on the streets

echnically true, but I believe in the fundamental right to carry. I believe EVERYONE should have the right to conceal carry everywhere all of the time.

I know plenty folks that have no business owning a firearm much less carrying one in public

I’m not seeing where in that policy it says what you referred to:
quote:

NEGLIGENT discharge Violation of CBP policy to remove holstered weapon until hands secured.

Please identify the location or quote the full text.
