There wouldn't need to be shooting, they could just surrender, then say that their rights had been denied.

Let’s envision this group marching toward a rural community.
How would the press be handling this if a bunch of armed white guys, dressed all in white and wearing masks, were marching in formation like this?

Yeah, well they’re risking getting Chris Kyle’d by your average deer hunter after the first confrontation goes hot.

That's why they are picking the locations that they do. They want a government agency of some kind to stop them. Nobody cares, except maybe parks and recreation, if they do that crap in some Atlanta area park. If they came out to my place, it's a different story. They aint gonna do that.

You can always pick out the people who have absolutely no clue about firearms or ammo.

What is this .556 you speak of, that is a fricking cannon.

We found the non-gun owner.

I'm gonna give Cave Canem the benefit of the doubt about what he meant. I think he was talking about bore diameter only. Proper description for the Nato round used in AR-15 rifles is 5.56mmx45mm, but people just usually say 5.56,and that is metric equivalent of .223, which is still considered to be in the .22 family, even though it is a centerfire round. The bore diameter difference in a .22 and a 5.56mm is less than the thickness of a human hair.

Just giving Cave Canem the benefit of the doubt on that. Not going to mention where he goes off the rail about .556 being a cannon. .556 would be slightly less than 9/16ths of an inch, and .556mm would be about the size of a needle maybe, but that's a different subject so there's no need to mention it.

That's not true.

Any round is deadly with proper placement.

Now if people are SHOOTING BACK - yeah having a 22 would be poor planning unless you have thousands of rounds

I really don't know about that, a .22lr aint a very hot round, but I've never shot more than 20 rounds through one real fast.
Have you ever shot one of the .22s with a drum magazine? My brother has one, but I never have tried it out.

Their intent is to look physically intimidating. Looking as “scary” as possible

I guess you are replying to my post, about them just going to the parks in the cities and stuff?
They haven't started coming out to the country yet. When they do that, I will believe that they have real intentions for a fight, until then, it's just a show. I really don't care what they do in The Cities.
