He’s fumbled many interviews, but that was really bad.
But we aren’t supposed to notice or call it out.

Is he? What did he say about the Smith J6 indictment? Not a rhetorical question. I apparently missed RDD's verbal decapitation of the SOB. If so, good for him! I'd like to hear it

Thats why Ron needs to wipe the floor with everyone else at the debate and do it convincingly.

I think a few of the candidates will open some eyes during the debates, people will realize it’s time to move on from the 77 yr old.

J6 indictment

Well, you said DOJ.

So, which is it? Does he need to go after the DOJ, or is this just specifically about how you perceive his defense of Trump?

Maga understands the implications of the indictments. It started in 2016 when Trump broke the fraud with the overwhelming support of MAGA. MAGA is not going away even though 2020 heist happened. The indictments now allow the 2020 heist and J6 to be exposed. LFG!

I can't wait for the meltdowns and conspiracies when it doesn't happen, ignoring clear reality like usual.

When you have a bad record and can’t defend it.
That’s why he’s skipping the debates.

Your clear reality is to turn a blind eye to the frickery. Time will tell won’t it.

No I have asked for legit evidence many times.

Trump is not going to be allowed to re-litigate 2020 during a criminal proceeding in the way his echo chamber and content creators are claiming. When the court correctly rules on these issues, there will be a major meltdown claiming corruption, partisanship, "Deep State" bullshite, etc.

So, in an indictment that charges him with knowingly lying about election fraud and inciting violence, he won’t be able to present evidence that there was in fact election fraud?

With respect to the violence, he won’t be able to present evidence that the government had actors that encouraged the violence?

Almost assuredly not.

He will be allowed to present evidence of specifics he knew at the time, however, which wasn't much.

He will be allowed to present evidence of the legal arguments/theories he was relying on.

The reality is it really doesn't matter. The Dems have got Trump so bottled up in legal issues and mixed the complete garbage with a few things that actually have some legs between the 4 different cases that people don't care. I mean some people care of course but most people are just glazed over and want it all to go away.

Doesn't help that Trump can't clearly explain anything, it's just ALL CAPS posts that read like the ravings of a lunatic.

He has eviscerated the DOJ multiple times.
Can you link his comments de-cleating Jack Smith relative to the J6 charges?

Again, I'm not arguing here. If RDD verbally gutted the son of a bitch after this week's BS, that would be fantastic. If not, he's playing for second place.

Not the standard, is it? The standard is reasonable doubt as to DJT's belief there was fraud.
