The saddest thing about this bogus trial is, IMO, that my understanding is that Trump can only pardon federal crimes, and this is not federal. If those idiots find him guilty, Hochul is the only one who can pardon him.

This has nothing to do with race other than Penny was only charged because he is white and Neely is black.
That woman needs to be arrested for inciting a riot.
She thinks she can get away with it because George Floyds relatives called for riots and they were not arrested and charged for it.
