So dumb. Which religion is being established by having tax-free status? You dumb idiot.
Again. Your ignorance of long-standing supreme court precedent doesn’t mean it isn’t there. The reasoning is sound. You should look it up. You are arguing the exact opposite of logic and law.

This is a word people use to mask emotional ignorance. It will never have value in a discussion with intelligent people.

You're making a purely disingenuous argument. Treating churches differently than other entities is by definition "establishment of religion". No amount of weeping and name calling can change that. Don't be a hack.

So discriminate? Nah, your little church can pay taxes too.
Which taxes? Be specific.
My suspicion is you are too stupid to understand what you're saying. Prove me wrong.

Uh, any religion that receives it?

I’m making the argument the Supreme Court has made for over a hundred years. Your inability to understand that does not make me disingenuous.

Completely false. Laughable, really. This has no basis in Law. It is the exact opposite of law and precedent.

Property taxes, at a minimum.

I always supported, but not in a long time. It's been a haven for commies and pedophiles for decades not to mention local corruption. And now newer churches are just tax havens for young commies who realized they could game the system through "religion" and opening churches or taking over existing ones.

You're an adult who still plays make-believe.

I don't feel good messing with the distinction, but I'd be alright with some sort of phase out. I don't want the poor baptist church in Lamar County Alabama to have a sudden massive burden to practice, but Joel Osteen and Scientology need to be taxed up the aas. Make it based on *income.

Well to be fair your make believe that the Dims and Biden weren't running the show the last four years kinda hurts your argument here lol

Abortion?
Birthright citizenship?
Separate but equal?
The Chevron power grab?
The Supremes have gotten shite wrong plenty of times. The text of the 1st clearly forbids the establishment of religion no matter how much you wail and stomp your little feet.

You pumped about the Trump win?!

I think those guys permit sexually active and practicing homosexuals to be clergymembers.
Is God's Plan for Human Sexuality an essential issue involving Salvation in Christianity? Because there's currently lots of different opinions in Christianity on this issue.

Sure. At least I'll get to make fun of y'all when the country continues to be run into the ground by Democrats for another four years.
