you're missing the point, every preceding generation understood that women became sexually mature in their mid teens, previous generations began to launch (form households, get married, enter the work force) in their late teens early twenties. not so for millennials, they don't complete puberty until their 30's early 40's and don't consider themselves adult's until they're middle aged.
look at alex pretti 39 years old works for the VA, divorced lived in an apartment, no girlfriend. it didn't occur to him that he could loose his federal job by attacking other federal employees simply doing their jobs. no it never occurred to him because his parents raised a child that never grew up.
when i was 39 in 2000 i'd been married for 15 years, two kids going on my 3rd home, we had a nanny and a maid $700 a week for the both of them.
