This is simply not true.. Britain and France have had a "sanctuary country" status for years. One of the terrorist who carried out attacks recently was hiding in plain site in one of the Islamic neighborhoods. This went on for several months before he was apprehended. Many people who saw this guy daily had to be complicit in what he did because they did not report him to police.
Another example is if you were in a gang and committed a crime, say you murdered someone. The gang and neighborhood you are living in would not give you up to the police. This happens every day across the country.
Do illegals report crimes? I'm sure it does happen, but it is by far the exception and not the norm. Prove me wrong.

So we can drop off all the illegal aliens awaiting their court date in sanctuary cities and at the same time put the citizen question back into the census and then watching the impending calamity of overrun pubic services that have to work with an even smaller budget..
