No, democrats think he is failing because he refuses to let them keep spending money like there is no tomorrow. Trumps bill would add 330 billion to the deficit this year before tariff intake. Democrats wanted another 1.5 trillion dollars. Their hearts are broken because they can no longer fatten their pockets through their ngos and usaid.
