Hydroxycholoroquine is already being used in hospitals to treat Covid 19. He doesn't need to give any approval.

You are allowing a medical type to hold sway over the economy which has far more consequence over the lives of average everyday people. If he is calling the shots then he needs to have severe questions asked of him....make him uncomfortable.
