I employ over 30 state side employees. My dev team is off shore. You can name call all day. We aren’t talking a few shekels. A state side developer wants $130K a year. I can hire offshore for $60K to do the same work. If you have 15 team members that a frick tin for a small business.

No boomer at all. I’m in my early 30s.
I’m referring to our high school system and how most Americans treat college. I have countless friends that spun their wheels in high school and college that haven’t amounted to what they could’ve achieved.
College is seen as a “party” for too many American citizens. High school and elementary school are a glorified daycare for millions of parents.
