Grand jury testimony is the bare minimum required to indict (not convict) Epstein and / or Maxwell.
I want:
1. Acosta to tell us who told him that Epstein was "intelligence".
2. Any FBI / CIA files on Epstein. Like they had on MLK.
Just to start...

I’m glad enough people got mad at this that Trump had to stop being a complete idiot and forced his hand

It’s going to be literally nothing. People spiking the football over this tells you how absolutely desperate they are for a perceptual W

Question... why subject to court approval?
Because that’s the law, dumbass.

The legitimate reason for their being under seal is that the law requires that they be under seal. The entire proceeding is “under seal.” And it’s not that way only at the federal level, but every state has more or less the same law concerning grand jury proceedings.

“[…] all pertinent Grand Jury testimony […]”
In other words all testimony that does not make folks the administration doesn’t want to look bad look bad.
What a joke.

Stupid frick, he got the Dems to demand their release.
The theory being floated is that Trump played some high-level long game by getting Democrats to demand the Epstein files, like this was all part of some 4D chess setup. But that raises the obvious question: why?
He didn’t need Democrats to ask. He could’ve just released the files. If there’s material that helps him or hurts his enemies, he had every incentive, and the platform, to go public. No need to bait anyone. Why needlessly delay the exposure and potential investigations and prosecutions of heinous criminals to instead rely on a Wile-E-Coyote plan to achieve the same result he could have achieved months ago just as easily, and in the same manner he did today... on social media. Nothing was ever stopping him from doing that.
What we actually got was endless crossed wires and internal fire. Pam Bondi says she has the files. The base gets hyped. Then the DOJ comes out saying there’s no list. Then Trump calls it a hoax. Then comes a half-step: a promise to maybe release grand jury material, if the court allows. That’s not a plan unfolding. That’s improvisation under pressure.
If the goal was to “trap” the Democrats into pushing him to do something he really wanted to do anyways, it sure involved a lot of collateral damage.
I’m not maga and never claimed to be. But I'm not on here spamming the board with OMB posts either. Does the argument being made actually hold water? In this case, it doesn’t.
The simplest explanation is usually the right one: he miscalculated, the backlash hit harder than expected, and now it’s being reframed as intentional.
if the play is always to release the files then just release the files without placing a series of needless steps and events that have to play out correctly between yourself and your goal. You wouldn't approach any serious matter in your life with a plan full of needless extra steps.

You won’t get a logical answer to this. You’ll just get an insult, called a panican, and told to shut up. Which makes sense: because Trump said anyone asking about this is a loser and a naive idiot and he doesn’t want their support. He also said that he alone dictates the MAGA movement and no one is allowed to question it.
So by his own design all he has left are rabid true believers who will defend him no matter what.

Why limit it to grand jury testimony?? Why not release every single document?? What is there to hide.
And where is the missing footage? Can we get an investigation into that??
