I agree that we have no clear evidence that trump committed a crime (at least with Trump/Russia, OOJ might be different); however, kushner at a minimum withheld information from his security clearance. Potentially lied on them. In addition, and there is certainly worrying indicators on other items (Meeting with VEB, back channel)

Maybe they aren't crimes, but I wouldn't be placing bets that they are not.

I assume that's the new thing- you can omit whatever you like on Background Check and Security Clearance forms now- the DoJ won't prosecute it anymore right?

i am sure there are rules and guidance on what you fill out, but I can't believe a meeting with a russian bank under sanctions and tied to putin would be part of that guidance.
