Trump will not let them acquire nuclear weaponry on his watch, pure and simple. Nor should he, as a responsible POTUS. It's not about Israel/Jews, it's about our culture of Freedom. Sadly, there is no middle ground with the Fundamentalist Islamist. Truth be told, I think all of Islam would be fine with the fanatical Mullahs going away, and I think Trump knows this. Those Mullahs had better back down re the nukes, or they will get slammed by either the Jews alone, or Trump/Constitutional Freedom USA, or both.
This seems like a pretty reasonable take, however, I'm inclined to think that if it was true - Iran would have gone nuclear a long time ago. They don't really have many obstacles there. They could have built their own or purchased one by now, rather easily.

I was thinking Israel would have to stage an attack on one of our carriers and blame it on Iran in order to get Trump to go to war - looks like Lindsey golfing with Trump is sufficient.
Predictably, the usual cast of characters is out "You don't know how Trump operates, he doesn't want war, but peace through strength"...in other words his threats are toothless. So, how long before the rest of the world gets on the inter webs and dials into Tigerdroppings and reads these words of wisdom and figures out they can just ignore Trump's idle threats? And, what then?
Predictably, the usual cast of characters is out "You don't know how Trump operates, he doesn't want war, but peace through strength"...in other words his threats are toothless. So, how long before the rest of the world gets on the inter webs and dials into Tigerdroppings and reads these words of wisdom and figures out they can just ignore Trump's idle threats? And, what then?

Who is for starting a war? It should never be the initial action. You have to work through other means first to change behavior. It should always be a last resort. Sometimes it becomes necessary unfortunately.
