I wonder why Trump had so many people that he now thinks are dumb or untrustworthy in such important position within his Administration?
In many ways, he doomed himself.

These people are looking for an excuse to not deal with what happened in 2020.

Step 4: when congress sees their obstruction plan isn’t working they will realize it will be easier to attack on other fronts and real stability can take place as permanent appointments are made with cohesive plans for action
With the SES and senior leadership gutted or sidelined, the agencies will be forced to change and simply through executive orders and policy changes the swamp will drain and the nation can start to come back to life.
The man just needs competent administrators like you would see at any well run corporation or you cannot effectively enact change.

Trump’s policies are great. His communication skills are great. His ability to form a team, delegate tasks and get things done stink.
Eventually everyone around him becomes an “enemy”. It’s a real shame, the guy could have been one if the greats.

Or he knows the vast majority of his supporters don't want Ivanka and her hubby around his 2nd go-round, and he is starting to distance himself. What he said wasn't bad, if true. Also, could help her get out of the clutches of the Dems that think she had anything to do with it, ie...trying to protect her.

I proudly voted for Trump twice. But the problem is so many were turned off by Trump, it allowed Biden/Harris to win. There’s no way that should have happened, but whether people want to admit it or not it did.
Biden is Jimmy Carter on steroids. Trump helped elect him.
