Look, it’s called common sense. You’re absolutely correct. I have no idea what his current bank account looks like. However, Bankruptcies are public. His were very public. If you go and look at his investments back in that time period, they were destined to fail and, just like now, many people warned him. It’s called “magical thinking”. Just like his claim of losing the election. Narcissistic personality traits often lead to this sort of behavior and the individual often begins to believe the lies they tell themselves and others.
After he blew through his entire inheritance, where did all the investment money come from to build this billion dollar empire? I would have a tough time getting credit if I had multiple bankruptcies. I certainly wouldn’t private invest in someone like trump after all his failed ventures. Many of his properties are still not even profitable today. His reality show has been his most successful gig. He didn’t make “billions” from the show. So where did it come from? Seriously? I asked this when he was elected. No one knows.
Yes, I don’t have a smoking gun...blah, blah. The NY DA will likely be providing that shortly. I don’t dislike trump, or any of you for that matter, because of your political affiliation or your beliefs. I dislike trump because he’s a liar. I sense that he’s corrupt because of his history. The part that’s public knowledge, not political rhetoric or more magical thinking. I also hate that I’m arguing with some pretty good baws because of this guy. Take a step back from the everyday news and look at the entire picture from the beginning. DJT will not be teaching any finance/economics classes. He’s a promoter. That’s it. Besides promoting the name Trump, he is absolutely useless.

Oh, I'm not a fan of Trump or Hillary. I was just pointing out that it takes a lot to make Hillary look classy in comparison.

You’re clearly either young or uneducated. Maybe both. I’m your brother. You’re fellow Americans are your family. We’re the ones sharing this country together. I’m your neighbor, your doctor, your professor. Not Trump...or any other politician for that matter. Regardless of your beliefs, over half the country disagrees with your point of view. For an educated person, that in itself is a reason for pause. I give facts and you give Q or Antifa conspiratorial garbage. Try spending some time finding ways forward that we can all agree about. Trump had a chance to show that an anti-establishment president could bring about true change. He failed. If he hadn’t, more people would have voted for him and over 7 million votes isn’t really close. You can continue to be self-righteous and ignore the facts, which is certainly your prerogative as an American. Or you can start becoming part of the solution and quit believing that only Trump can save you and your country.
