They will and they will be tried as terrorists. Antifa earned the designation.

Why not just say the Democratic party while we're at it and arrest more than half of the country?

Sure. Prosecute the individuals who engage in these crimes.
So I guess the Mafia was just a few individuals acting independently? I assume the KKK was just a bunch of individuals acting independently? No one was acting on behalf of a broader organization or agenda?

Which domestic groups have been officially labeled terrorist organizations?
I was hoping you'd ask!

Which mafia members were prosecuted as terrorists?

The Don needs to remove the Proud Boys from that list.

Can we prosecute the ones that fund it as well?

There are no domestic groups officially designated as terrorist organizations on that list.
The 2 that got the label are international groups.

His answer would be no because he’s pro terrorism

Here we go. SFP next 7 pages of the legality of shutting ANTIFA down.

I do have a dog and literally just walked him, but that's not really relevant to a discussion about the expansion of government power and erosion of our 1st amendment rights (which was the reference in my original post in this thread).
Just don’t start an organization that accepts money from dark sources and goes around rioting, threatening people and generally starting shite…and plotting to kill people….and you will be fine.

That depends.
If they funded direct acts in coordination? Certainly.
It gets tougher from there. If we're talking random bloc grants or the like? Will be extremely difficult

Quit deflecting they were committing criminal acts on behalf of an organization to further an agenda

Did the DNC paint Antifa symbols on the cartridges found in the weapon that killed Charlie Kirk?
If you have evidence you are required to report it as an officer of the Court.

I'm not. We're talking about terrorism.

Sure, and they weren't labeled as terrorists.

Did you enjoy his phony outrage the day of the assassination? It’s all gone, he’s back to defending them.
