It's dark and the car is coming around a slight curve. Looks like he didn't see them in time and tried to avoid it. frick whatever DA tries to press charges on this person and frick those idiots for standing in the freeway putting other people's lives at risk.

The people who were on the interstate in the dark were in a dark <2mph illegal frame. The drivers were in highway speed on the interstate with expectations that there would be no idiots walking on the interstate frame.
One is normally functioning. The other is plain and simple breaking laws.
What happened is inevitable and 100% CAUSED BY THE LAWBREAKERS

I understand streets being closed for protest. The traffic is slow, and it is localized traffic interruption. Closing a freeway for a protest isn't very smart. Closing a freeway BECAUSE of a protest is about the only way to try and keep people safe.
