This is one of those "the more right you are, the more you should shut the frick up about it" situations.

Favor request. When posting tweets do a preview. If all the writing isn’t visible that means no one can read it all unless they go to the tweet. Some can’t do that. Others it takes them away from here. I always check mine and post the written text if its not all readable. Some peeps have no ability to use work wifi so turn it off and go slow mode, and then the tweet won’t load but written posts will.
Just trying to offer some help. I love twitter and it is the fastest way to get news. I don’t use the twitter site though, I save people on safari. I then make lists that can have 50 or more in the list that might be labeled news or sports or anything you want. Then when I use list its all in chronological order. And I don’t have to go to Twitter site.
But too many here post tweets and half is cut off and never read which misses important information.

The strikes may very well be a few days away
I'm pretty convinced there will never be any strikes now.

I’ve done that like 98% of the time. The second I decide to try it without copy pasting the unseen text it gets called out. Consider your request granted

Not exactly rocket science to figure out this would be a joint operation.

Awesome. Dusting off the neocon WMD playbook.
What somebody else said or did in the past doesn't necessarily have any bearing on what's happening right now. The problem with geopolitics is that normal citizens never know what to believe. I think Iran wants nuclear weapons, but have no idea if or when that's feasible. Who do we believe, our leaders, Russia's leaders, China's leaders, Europe, Iranian leaders, Democrats, Republicans, Twitter posters?
Personally, I'd prefer for the US to avoid war unless it's absolutely necessary, but I never know when it's avoidable. It seems obvious that if nuclear weapons end up in the wrong hands, whoever that may be, the outcome would be catastrophic. So, IMO, there should be some consensus among the global superpowers to prevent the spread to countries beyond those already in possession, including Iran. That consensus doesn't seem likely in the real world, so we're back to choosing who to believe.

Hawgfan usually does that. I wish it was an actual rule here, at least for threads like this. A one-off Xweet in a random thread is one thing, but when 90% of the posts in a thread are Xweets it means you have to constantly click completely out of TD to read them. Now, on the desktop site, Xwitter tries to get you to open the post in the app, so that is another click. It gets annoying fast.

I think it was just a culmination of all of it and your post was just the last one.

Hey no worries I meant it in general to everyone but on here a person has to reply to someone to make a post. They need a “make a post” option within a thread. But like you I’ve done it too. So am giving myself advice as well
