This court is so shitty, there’s no rhyme or reasoned law here....

Wrong. Obama's EOs are now laws and not able to be repealed. Trump's are not enforceable at all because OMB.

Why does this even matter. It was an executive order not a law. What one President does via an EO should be able to be done away with by another President for no other reason that "because I felt like it." It's insane to say otherwise

I agree, but it gets all kinds of complicated when you involve the Administrative Procedure Act in rescinding existing regulations. The bottom line is this: Trump's attorney general should have had lawyers smart enough to spend a few days preparing written reasons instead of just thinking it would go unchallenged. Nothing has gone unchallenged.

So this is very similar to the Cenus question Roberts also shut down but said get back to us.

I'm assuming trumps legal team can't do anything in time before the election?

So Sessions fault.

Sentrius won't like this.

I guess this means Trump can now rule by decree and become the dictator they all thought he would?

The Supreme Court is a rotten institution to its core, this country fricking sucks man. Protecting noncitizens and giving them equal or more rights than legal citizens is peak clownworld, Obama himself said this shite was unconstitutional. I hope John Roberts goes to an early grave.

Well they just set a terrible precedent.

So? Precedents are ignored whenever they feel like ignoring them.

Which is ridiculous on it's face. We have co-equal branches. Not oversight branches.

Voters need to support trump and give him a workable House and Senate and then impeach the fricking supreme court. This shite does NOT have to be tolerated.

Doesn’t mean deporting all these people but, by the same token, Trump can leave them in legal limbo as long as he feels like.

Yeah, this is too much to hope for. The best we can do is just live in our own little villages and disconnect from these assholes.

Face it. Roberts is a prog. The libs own the SC, 5-4, maybe 6-3.
