quote:No, it will just force them to make a company mandate of getting vaxxed or no job.
What it does set them up for is massive increase in costs, while losing a massive amount of employees and revenue.

Which goes back to my question. Do these judges sit in a room and try to change each others minds? Will a judge call out her lies behind closed doors with all other justices?

remember Florida saying they were opting out of OSHA and going with their own state agency?
expect more of the same -- with the Federal government doing their same old "withhold federal funds" threat - and the true war for the Republic begins
it's always been about the "highway funding" etc. etc. etc.
Let's see which governors have real balls

Thus the ultimate workaround. That is the goal of this administration.

Stop being an apologist, for what turned out to be a bad President. He got nothing done. He was a failure.
Did he stop the Trans movement, BLM, Critical Race Theory, China, The Covidians, Fauci, democrats stealing an election? No. He failed.

Which loses employees and increases costs.
Its much much more expensive to hire new employees than just to retain old ones, in general.

My company has already said they are going the testing route instead of mandatory vax. Several here would quit over it and we are at best 1/3rd vaccinated here.
Posted on 1/7/22 at 11:39 am to Shankopotomus
Brian Fletcher now saying about staffing shortages basically - "If we mandate this, people will get vaccinated to keep their job."

That’s another liability, but all I listed will happen as well. I guess companies also need to hire a Covid-tester to shove swabs up peoples noses every week. Or they can pay for mileage and additional PTO to drive to clinics to go get a negative test

Some will, but I think they will be surprised of the number that will not.

look if the testing part is still part of the policy, that is actually an important point. as I have seen it argued -- this does not MANDATE a vax, but simply creates two classes of workers with two different sets of rules
It is TERRIBLE. STUPID. MISGUIDED.
But, that's what they want.
NONE of this is based on science, which is what annoys me the most about the damn thing.

And if that happens, you will see the largest shake up of the work force in US history, resulting in company departments collapsing, work flow halting, and therefore stock prices collapsing.

No, they won't.
All would be thrown out extremely easily on MSJ. You are wrong on those, trust me.

And that’s exactly what they are pushing. By mandating the goverment is betting that people give in.
I will not. I now know more people who have had heart attacks after vaccines then I do of people dying with covid

Arguing context now. These a-hole would absolutely flip the context later on and control the tenure of employees.

Now Gorsuch really pushing the "you can't use money to commandeer" staffing within healthcare facilities and making Fletcher squirm a bit.
And now he's going in on the "things outside of the workplace" like exercise, sleep, etc
And Fletcher is going with "yep, that would be OK too"

No the frick I’m not. I’ve lived in corporate America my entire damn working career. People report so much shite to get away with things itsamazing. All of those things will happen and more.
-the test causes eyes to water, cznt see or work properly, lawsuit.
-vaccinated co-worker promoted, HR complaint
-driving to clinic to get tested causes car accident, sue for damages
It’s opening the floodgates for people to overwhelm the legal and HR departments.

I’m a lawyer man. I also have some insight into HR.
The only one you MAY have a point is the lack of promotion. That might happen
The rest would easily be thrown out on MSJ.
HR and legal teams will be overrun but not for those reasons

Haven't been able to listen in on this one... How's it been going? Is this the healthcare mandate one?
