The "10th" you are referring to is the rebound 2019 Q1 GDP growth rate, which was because 2018 was so bad.

You just said he had to lie...Do you even realize that? Also, the state constitution pretty much makes it only possible to cut healthcare and higher education. At least Rispone isn't scared to bring up the idea of a constitutional convention.

A do nothing warm body is preferable to JBE whose seemingly only goal for his second term is to advance lawsuits on behalf of parishes and the state against businesses including oil and gas. He has farmed them out on contingency to his buddies.
