Correct answer. Until the corruption in Congress is addressed, the POTUS position isn't really all that relevant. I would start with the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence .... a group that needs to be run out on a rail ....
when James Wolfe was caught red-handed leaking classified material to his girlfriend at the NYT, then subsequently allowed to walk scot-free after threatening to call SSCI members to testify, .... that is a glaring warning bell about the corruption in that body ....
