So I looked it up.
In 2025 "regulators" in LA passed a reg that allowed 50% of the cost to be passed on to customers.
Hmm being LA Id like to check yacht basins for these regulators new boats......Id check the out piers for the larger ones

That was last night and who can blame them? I'm on engineering side. I work for the companies the data center companies hire to design the facility and produce construction documents.
