Based upon what? Someone will have to sue Trump. Likely for an injunction. Which will lead to discovery even if on appeal. What is your basis for claiming discovery won’t be part of this process? Be specific.

Should be pretty easy to determine that Biden had no clue where he was and what was going on. Lots of videos of him wandering off, needing supervision to get back, and him shaking hands with the air. Lot of videos of him being incoherent and not understanding anything being asked of him.
It was clear that his staff was using him in a weekend at bernies type of situation i still remember when Biden wanted to speak off the cuff one time to the reporters... and his staff turned his mic off.

This form of written documentation must come from the president, and only the president. Cannot be something or someone saying the president told me to do this, or from any second hand direction?
