What do you want to see Kash do first?
so much needs to be done but the right answer for a starting point is housekeeping. Need to take out the trash, lots of low hanging fruit there. Take out the obvious trash at the top, thats easy, the not so easy part are those at the frontline leadership level that are entrenched who have been problematic. If we are to believe that the rank and file in the agency are solid (I personally do), then this shouldnt be that big of a problem, once the top is tier is removed and they (shitty supervisors) have no more cover...After that get the right people in the right positions and re-evaluate the mission of the agency, theyve strayed so far off course its going to take a bit to get re-centered

I don't mind that. Low hanging fruit that will get people excited and wanting more.
Cleaning house is going to viewed as dictatorial and can be offset somewhat by showing transparency.
