Reduce the size of the military. I am basically an isolationist.

I agree that pot should be legalized

Ok with abortion if it saves the woman or if the pregnancy was a result of rape or incest

It’s really more about bullets I guess isn’t it. Stop producing and stop selling them. Guns aren’t going anywhere, so I guess I should have modified my answer a bit.

Just the bullets, or do you want to stop producing and selling the cases, powder, and primers as well?

All bullets, or just the scary ones? Military and police don't get bullets, either?

Actually, I'm not really against these dumbasses pushing got a higher minimum wage. This will push a lot of these morons to have to find a better job when the fast food industry automates more and more positions. At some point, small businesses will most likely get a waiver to pay below the new minimum wage. It should also push folks up in to higher tax brackets forcing them to pay more of their fair share. Just my two cents.

I'd like weed to be legalized. I also don't care if gays and lesbians get equal marriage rights.

Environmental stuff.

For example, I'm extremely pro-fracing. I have personally been compliant with on site regulatory requirements. I want us to frac everything. However this idea that the free market will magically come up with solutions to make reasonable regulations themselves is stupid. In some areas, sure, in others, the existence of proprietary information alone creates a conflict of interest.

The idea that the free market weeds out disasters before they happen, or that accountability to the greater good or something the firm doesn't directly own, is just dumb.

I am very much for being a steward for our environment, and extracting its resources in a safe and measured way. It sucks that the EPA and crazy environmentalists true goal is to just shut everything down. It also sucks that Republicans just say "the free market will create a solution" as their answer to everything.

Capitalism is the greatest force in human history to create goods, services, and lift people out of poverty. Market forces, free enterprise, and individual liberty are all incredible characteristics of capitalism that have proven themselves to be incredibly beneficial to mankind. That being said, capitalism is a tool, not a religion. It's something that should be used to make our lives better. We dictate when to unleash it's awesome forces, and when to control them.

I really don't think liberals understand how serious we are about this.

It may sound like hyperbole but I'm just a regular guy with two kids and a wife that I love very much but if the government tried to take away firearms from the general populace, even if it was just to outlaw semi-automatic firearms, I would absolutely join a citizen militia and fight to the death.

Without the ability to protect yourself you're risking death anyway.

It is gross, I just don’t care if they do it or not. Me being ok with it and/or giving it a blind eye are two different things.

This.

Also, overpopulation.

I'm a libertarian so I'm not going to get into all the things I agree with liberals on. Libertarians are essentially liberals when it comes to social issues and conservatives when it comes to everything else, mainly government and economy.

If you If you want to hear my juxtaposed, anti-libertarian views, I only have one. I'm a nationalist and isolationist when it comes to free trade. For me, free trade begins and ends within our own country.

It works for us because we have a true capitalist society with laws built around that. When you try to have free trade with countries that don't have that then you're not playing on an even playing field and other countries will take advantage of you and weaken you.

Meh - we’ve amended the constitution for logical reasons before. That doesn’t mean advocates of those amendments hated the constitution. Does it?
