In my experience in West Texas, most of my Hispanic students were more MAGA than the white ones back in 2016
Maybe if we declare Spanish the official state language and open the border to allow Texas to become one with Mexico, we can get those numbers up in the high 30's.

A man who, in the state of Texas no less, ran on taking people's guns, a complete nationalizing of the healthcare system, decriminalizing illegal border crossings, and taxing the wealthy for global warming, won 62% of the latino vote. He did that as a white man running against a man with the last name Cruz.

I don’t think Trump folding on DACA gets him the Hispanic vote. There is a majority that despise blacks but still will vote Democratic. Mind control. They want benefits to get established and then want independence. Even with independence the vote democratic. It’s the 4 year cycle. They will get some promises that won’t be kept.

Hispanic values align, generally, more with conservatives. Many of them are just hung up on the immigration issue. They’ve been convinced that conservatives want to send them all back to Mexico.

The ones I've dealt with recently painted the shite out of my house, shook my hand, gave me an incredible value, worked their asses off, and yeah, that's about it. They seem pretty impervious to the CV19 and riot bullshite.
I'm all for the wall, but let those frickers in while still enforcing immigration laws.
The solution to pollution is dilution.
