Ie, the percentage of DNA that matches both parents is higher.

Allowing them to work is also tied to this. People don't want to hear it, but there's so many white chicks that think they are career women and judge men by their work TITLE and education.
Almost all of them are in their position, usually HR type positions because a dude thought it would be easier to deal with women and wanted some hotties in the office.
All they do is fricking gossip all day and pull pay rates of the men out generating money for the company and bitch.

One of my best friends is a WM married to a BF. I can't fricking stand her...
