Any group should be allowed (and not legally prohibited) to sef-segregate. It should not be legally required.

Um, that was a clear First Amendment case and was more freedom of speech than freedom of religion. The business in question also refuses to make shirts with obscene language or blasphemous imagery.
The gay pride march is a political event, and as such the business has every right to refuse to print the shirts. Just like they would for MAGA or I'm With Her or Feel the Bern.

Certain places in DC I wouldn't want to go and eat. I went to Hot Doug's in Chicago a few yours ago and said I would never go back.

Let the market rule. I have no problem with restaurants that don't allow whites, gyms that don't allow men, car dealerships that don't allow Republicans, etc. As long as it works the other way around. People vote with their money.
