Where have I have done that? Perhaps you shouldn’t use words you only vaguely understand the meaning of.

I told my mom to spend her money. I don’t want it and don’t need it. Have fun while you can.

Sorry for the mix up. The amount of boomer seethe I’ve harvested with such little effort is making it hard to keep track of who is who.

Frankly I think they are like the SOROS shill and commiebots. THAT is how ignorant they are.

"all the boomers voted for this or that..." "and are not giving me/us money" "you were in control of BLA BLAH BLAH"

It is so ridiculous as the be completely absurd. Analysis of what these kids are saying is so mentally imbalanced as to be pitiable. I cant imagine how these people have any ability to even think at all - they are so stupid and self-entitled... AND WILLING TO DEMONSTRATE IT FULLY.

INGRATE comes to mind

Ok. But, the reality is that your generation (and subsequent generations) have absolutely fricked this country with the debt. And, their point of empowering the communist Chinese for your short term financial gains is valid too.

The point is that there is plenty of blame to go around. But, it's misplaced to blame a generation. The proper target would be on the leftist agenda. That crosses several generations.

Bill Ayers was a stereotypical Boomer...and a Communist. When I think of this generation, I think of people like Bill Ayers, Abbie Hoffman, and Jane Fonda.

frick that generation.

After reading a few pages of this thread I’m surprised at how angry the boomer generation is towards the younger generation...and how angry the younger generation is toward the boomers.

I’m gen x. Maybe that gives me perspective on both. For you younguns, I think if you expect an inheritance and aren’t planning to be able to take care of yourself and your children you are a piece of trash. You have no claim to your parents money. It’s not yours.

If you are a boomer and you’ve raised your kids well, then unless they have somehow on their own become leaches, then you are a piece of shite for not wanting to give them as much as possible at death.

I plan to give my kids as much as possible for one reason. I love my kids, I’m proud of who they are, and I want them to benefit as much as possible from my success.

im first year millenial. graduate hs in 2001, born in 82...i want my parents to spend everything they have....but lets not act like boomers havent been in power for 3 decades.

This article is one reason why everyone hates boomers
"Everyone" doesn't "hate" any group. "This article" is FOS, as are you.

Americans inherited US$427 billion in 2016 (the most recent data available). That's up 119% from 1989 even after adjusting for inflation.

GOT IT?

and was given the nation at peak economic prosperity.
Oh for fricksake. Again? Really?

Boomers inherited America 1963-1983. If you are under the impression that was "peak economic US prosperity", I'd love to hear you try to make the argument.

The name of the Marxist game is search out a receptive patsy, and feed him divisive information. Convince him his woes are due to someone else. Then recruit him to the cause.

Are you a patsy?

So neither you, nor your parents are boomers. What is your point?

Agreed.

They hated what The Greatest Generation stood for, pushed for change, couldn’t govern worth a frick, and are still in the process of putting successive generations even deeper into debt.

The only thing they ever did was bitch about Vietnam and suck resources from everyone else.

Abbie Hoffman? ... Again, a swing and a miss. Hoffman was not a Boomer.

and Jane Fonda? ... That would be your third swing, third miss ... NOT A BOOMER ... and you're OUT!

Bill not a boomer - born 1944
Abbie - born 1936
Jane - born 1937

So you don't even know what stereotypical boomer is.
