That's what happens when you'd set policies that last past your tenure. We've been undertaking and over spending for a long time. We need to drastically reduce tax credits to support spending since Reagan....
Or...wait for it. We need to STOP frickING SPENDING!!!!!
Just an FYI, this is the exact reason you are poor. You don't understand that if your net expenditures is greater than your receipts, then you will be out of money.
$5 trillion in spending in 9 months and your retarded arse don't say a word but "well if Reagan wouldn't have given people tax credits 40 years ago everything would be fine". Think about that. Then examine how stupid your understanding of economics is, and then punch yourself in the dick.

Lima, you seem fixated on money. Passing on culture and values does not require passing on money. "Paying your own way" was part of the values my parents taught me. I have no expectation of receiving any inheritance from my family (although I probably will), nor should my children have any expectation of receiving any financial inheritance from me (although they probably will). A strong argument can be made that just giving someone money (especially someone with self-destructive tendencies) could be an very bad thing. In fact, this is a huge concern of families with ultra high net worth.
I don't blame my boomer parents for how they manage their money. It's presumptive and rude to even think I have a say in how they should spend their money. It's called personal property rights and, by the way, it's a foundation of Free Enterprise.

Sure and if you keep it fine. But once someone else earns it as income why wouldn't it be taxed again?
Because, it is not YOUR PROPERTY. I love when you leftists confirm everything i know about you. You're nothing more than greedy rats demanding government tax others, and somehow thinking you'll get a cut. Has history of tyrannical leftist government not taught you anything? See my sig quote.

It's not. But it's income for whoever receives it just like everything else. It becomes property you pay a tax. I just don't understand what's so hard about this. When I make income i pay a tax. No biggie.

quote:NO! Why should the government be allowed to double dip?
Opposite. It's not their inheritance. you're transferring ownership of your money.it should be taxed for the transaction as income against whoever is inheriting. Of course gift limits would be the exception here.
The money was taxed once. That is enough. You freeloading leftists can fund your social crap out your own pockets.

It's not yours. You understand that right. If i make millions in my lifetime and pass it down to my kids, your worhtless self is not entitled to it. That's part of the American dream that you leftists are trying to trade off for soviet era famine.

It's already been taxed, dipshit. Why is that hard for you to understand? It's EARNED INCOME that has already been taxed. The economic utopia of Venezuela should teach you something.

Yeah I'm not claiming it goes to my pocket so that's not really relevant. I don't want or need your cut little nest egg.

Exactly it was your earned income. Now someone else earns that income they pay a tax.
Just like i make money from my regular job which taxed and then if i give it to someone in excess of a certain limit each year they have to report that earned as income. No difference.

I wouldn't put it past Yahoo to make up numbers to generate clickbait and give disrepute to a generation it considers conservative.

Man I saw It right before Instagram went down. I’m relatively proud of that, lol. The “most coherent statement ever on the rant”

Mainstream media trying to entice them to blow their 401ks on depreciating items.

Funny that you think giving you money will change the very dystopia you created. We held up our end and that end was not to pay your bills in perpetuity.
Reread your 2nd sentence.
Then think about how your generation passed the bills on for generations to come. WE, as in future generations, are paying YOUR current and forgone bills, at a level that is inconceivable, maybe impossible and to the possible detriment to the entire country.
Speaking as a generation, not individual. But the mindset of your 2nd sentence comment is hilarious given what your generation has done over the pass 10-15 years to pass the buck down.

It’s cause boomers don’t believe in god or building. They destroyed the america they inherited and don’t care as long as they get to play with their toys. The younger generations are worse, so I don’t really care. Still it’s an indictment of how immature and small they are next to their own parents.

More than two decades because politicians of previous generations didn’t try to rule into their damn eighties like Boomers do.
