Sure he needed a charisma by-pass, but the deck was stacked against him.

The last avalanche of votes against him came in last that night from here.

It can't be said that he lost it right here, there were more than enough votes in southwest Louisiana to put in John Bel.

But had this toilet been counted on to be the difference at the last minute, it has over 70,000 illegal, erroneous names on the rolls here to put in play if needed.

An embarrassing fact that was found serendipitously during our purposely abortive recall whose failure was assured to be a self-fulfilling prophecy by those who were actually leading it.

But Rispone wasn't going to win - period.

But no, there's no intention with malice aforethought to thieve elections going on anywhere in this country.

Only here.

He looked like a guy who had no idea what he was doing or, much less, why he was running for governor.

He never really had a platform. He commercials just said he was a family man and a businessman and he relied solely on his "trump endorsement".

NOLA corruptive voter rolls always report election results last so they know how many votes are fraudently needed to win.

Its the Atlanta BS election over and over again.

Nola results need to be posted first then the rest of the state to stop this BS not only in La. but nationwide also where black cities always report last

Because 40,000 more votes were cast in the Governor race than the Secretary of State race. Seems odd.

Coincidentally that is he margin of victory for JBE. Hmmm...

Was there a significant difference in other years?

I can't remember if rispone even had a platform. He basically ran on jbe sucks and I'm a business man. It was a joke.

Looking backwards is not enough to get elected, the whole republican party needs to learn this.

The Monday after the election, state government computers were hit with a massive ransomware attack that completely shut down state offices and the head IT guy for the state’s house mysteriously caught fire.

Was that before or after the Dominion guys met with JBE?

And the democrats in the state did a good job of fomenting division between republicans in the southern part of the state and northern part.

from an outsider perspective, this is my answer. it seemed like half the state really hated risponse and half the state really hated Abraham.

i don't know that Abraham would have won either.

Go check out the other state government runoff election years. That in itself isn’t really much out of the ordinary.
