I wouldnt go so far as to say he is the most intelligent. Good public speaker though, I'll give you that

I'll agree with you on him being articulate.

As for intelligence.. really? There is no way you can meaningfully make such a statement. Being smarter than Kamala Harris or Bernie Sanders is not really that impressive.

If you are taking a dig at Trump's intelligence.. I will always put my money on a businessman (R or D) vs. a mayor of a decaying Midwest city with a D behind his name

I'm not reading this thread so forgive me for being probably the 10th person to point out that if he passes as normal or moderate, God help us.

Well he went to Harvard and was a Rhodes Scholar. That's a pretty good barometer to begin with.

Not at all. I think Trump is very intelligent. It's his narcissism and childish behavior that's so off putting.

He seems like a nice guy and I thank him for his service. That being said, no I wouldn’t ever consider voting fo him. The notion that he’s “as middle of the road as it gets” is laughable. He makes John Kerry circa 2004 look like Ronald Reagan. He only comes across as moderate when compared to Warren or Bernie.

This is exactly how I feel. Thank you for being civil and coherent in expressing your views, and not making lame, juvenile jokes about the Mayor’s sexual orientation.

He is still a far left candidate and being gay could hurt him . The DNC wants Biden because of his time with Obama , he could get more moderates. All of these liars besides Bernie will back off of the far left crap once they make it to the general election.

South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg is being slammed — and also defended — after a 2017 Instagram post of him at a Holocaust memorial in Berlin, with the caption “This guy,” resurfaced Sunday on Twitter.
