Looks like the Lavezzi to PSG deal will be finalized.
According to Corriere della Sera, PSG tried to offer money plus Jeremy Menez but Napoli has decided on all cash to the tune of €27M

According to the BBC, the Hazard transfer is official. Personal terms agreed and medical completed.

I found it surprising that PSG supposedly offered Menez. During the season I recall reading that Ancellotti commented he was one of the bigger talents he'd ever encountered.
Is it that Carlo just needed more time, like us Roma fans, to realize Menez is a heartbreaker in the sense that he'll complete a slalom run and goal the type of which you thought only Messi was capable and then pout for the next three matches and do nothing more than piss off all his team mates.
Haven't really watched PSG that much this year but how did Menez finish the year?

Menez just seems like a really, really athletic guy with not much brainpower.

Totally agree about the lack of brainpower; he seriously has the worst attitude I've ever seen from a player that I've watched so much.
In addition to being extremely athletic and as fast as anyone, his dribbling skills can be sublime. Really on that level of only a select few. But, yes, for Roma, it was more unrealized potential due to his mental toughness. He was more likely to try to slalom though the entire defense and then pout for the rest of the match about an uncalled foul if he lost the ball.
He's the perfect example of the type player that you could make an hour highlight reel for that would have people convinced he's better than Messi but hardly ever helps you actually win a match.

I kind of thought he was a douchebag before he joined Chelsea. This isn't changing my opinion.
