Also...NESN (owned by FSG) is reporting Dempsey has joined the club and a deal should be finalized by the end of the week.

I can't tell if you're saying "Boom we got him!" or "Boom this transfer rumor was recently destroyed by both pool and Fulhams front offices!"

If a club hears Chelsea is interested in a player, the transfer fee automatically goes up 15-20%
As it should. Chelsea is often willing to pay the high price, and the clubs selling are smart to profit from that willingness.

Good news for Gladbach. They signed Xhaka recently as well. Hopefully Favre can continue to build on the succes of next season. Replacing Reus will he difficult but I suppose theyve done it before.

Gladbach has recovered well from losing Reus. They were close to getting Junior Hoilett but I think that fell through.
They also got Peniel Mlapa who is still young but is 6'5 and has shown flashes of being decent every now and then. He may turn into a good striker under Favre.

Watch it. I'm coming to BR in a week and a half and I know where you live. I'll swim across the ditch.

What's with Malaga selling? I thought they were flush with cash and in the Champions League??

Cazorla's not happy there. There have been salary payment problems with three or four big guns (he being one).

Gago is now a 'Che', as is Sergio Canales.

And in Chelsea's quest to buy every player in Europe... Their £17mm bid for Lewandowski was turned down by Dortmund...

Renaming the EU to the CU. Chelsea Union. This is a confederation of nation-states that pool their sovereignty into one continental hegemon, in order to have one world soccer team.
