TFTC - we have a warchest of unknown quantity, we won't use it all on suarez. if the reports are to be believed we're going to bid 51m for him. can't see us going much higher and i can't see you guys selling him to us even though it seems BR and Luis's relationship may be irrevocably harmed.
we nearly got capoue in january but showed no interest in him this summer. pretty much the same with villa, though i think with capoue we pulled the plug on the move. i think with how Ramsey really excelled in the role beside Arteta, and with Jack coming back healthy (and him being best suited for a deeper MF role), and The Ox getting time at CM, Capoue wasn't good enough. Goose however, is good enough and I hope we can get him.

i almost brought this up when crazy posted about anzhi having a firesale, but 32 and not particularly prolific in Russia. if we passed on villa, we'll probably pass on eto'o.
