L-O-L. You've actually suggested selling Costa and getting rid of Matic in the same week.

Pogba is 5x the player Matic is.

What makes you think juve would accept this deal? They're still better off with progba

wm has suggested they need midfielders bad. Well in my scenario they are getting two guys (one they openly covet and another widely regarded as one of the top holding mids in the world) plus another 25m to go and buy someone else with quality.

I think in this scenario they are much better off keeping progba and buying another midfielder. They aren't a tiny club which would have to sell to fund transfers. And they don't need to downgrade just to add an extra player.

I can see saying here's a possible scenario maybe juve would consider it but I cannot agree with offer them this deal and it's done.

I'm just throwing stuff out there, none of it is actually going to happen. I'd rather try and trim some of the fat and save some money than just spending all of our cash.

Is there a player on a the Chelsea squad that you actually like, besides Eden? I'd love for you to find a new team. It's pretty obvious you hate all the players.

The only one I don't really like is Costa because he can't control himself. I also recognize the limitations of players like Willian and Oscar.

I like Willian a lot, he just isn't good enough if we want to be an attacking team.

I want to like Oscar but he fades hard every season, that's a fact. We need someone more reliable.

I like Fab he's just not being utilized optimally at the moment.

I think Matic is just in bad form right now but will be alright. That said I wouldn't think twice about shipping him off if it meant bringing in Pogba.

Think Roma's may move Iturbe to Everton.

He's going to be good but right now he's more fast and a counter attack threat with a good shot.

That means Yarmolenko is staying in Ukraine. I knew he wouldn't move.

Juventus have to be aggressive in this market.

They have not replaced Tevez and Vidal, both very instrumental in them winning the Seriea and Making it to CL final.

they need a forward and a Dm who can lead from the back.

I don't know. Everton makes it sound like he may be sold outright.

Roma tried to get him to accept a loan to Genoa or Fiorentina but seems his agents want an outright sale if he's not going to make Roma's roster.

Iturbe wants to stay at Roma and fight for a position but if Roma's pointing at the Scudetto this year he's not going to get a lot of playing time.

I think it's too bad as well because I think he'll be a very good player in a couple of seasons.

Mandzukic is Tevez's replacement, and Khedira is the DM, but he's hurt.

They're in good shape in midfield as soon as the injury crisis is over but are certainly looking to add one more top notch young attacking talent.

Seems their plan is:
Marchisio moving into the DLP role
Khedira and Sturaro as box to box DMs
Pogba/Pererya as playmaking mids
and Asamoah and Padoin as depth

All these mids are pretty interchangeable as well since all defend.

However, Marchisio, Khedira and Asomaoh's injuries have left them scrambling. I assume they want a DM on loan simply to buy time since all three are supposed to be back in a month or two.

Up front, they are certainly looking for one more second striker/playmaker but they're not desperate.

They are set at striker and then some with Madzukic / Morata /Zaza

At second striker they have Dybala / Coman / Zaza.

Ideally, like you say, they probably don't want to pressure Dybala too much so have been looking for a similar second striker that also can fit into a 4-3-3

That's why they've been after Draxler/Goetze etc. . .

They're getting Cuadrado to add more 4-3-3 flexibility and they may wait to see how the youngsters work out if no one like Draxler/Goetze can be added.

I agree that they'll take a step back since it's a lot of youth (albeit very talent youth) to replace Pirlo, Tevez and Vidal.

I do think the master plan is to build the squad around Pogba with more talent around his age.

Fortunately for Juve, Roma drew with Verona, Napoli lost to Sassuolo, Milan still has lots of problems, and Inter aren't title contenders yet.

I read today his club has already put in an offer on his replacement. Who knows though?

Iturbe would be exciting if there is any truth to the rumor.

LINK

Apparently City and Wolfsburg have agreed to a deal for KDB after the German side agreed to a deal for Dennis Praet.

The tweet in English reads as: Debruyne to City it's done! Praet courted by Wolfsburg !! To read on LINK exclusive!

Obviously I don't know how reliable that guy is, but it is a verified account.

Regardless, I won't believe it until the MCFC Twitter account announces him. This is like the 30th time this has happened so whatever.

Mario Balotelli will undergo a medical at AC Milan this morning ahead of his proposed loan move from Liverpool, according to reports in Italy.

We told yall so

quote:

A number of stories in the British press this morning report that Manchester United have made a huge £240million bid for Barcelona forward Neymar.

The Brazilian has been linked with a move to Old Trafford after his agent was spotted at United’s goalless draw with Newcastle on Saturday.

The Sun claim United are willing to fork out £165million on the transfer and taxes, and £75million on wages over five years.

Brazilian news outlet Globo Esporte suggests United have met Neymar’s staggering €190million release clause, although he is thought to be happy at the Camp Nou.

A transfer saga has taken another twist then as West Bromwich Albion have confirmed they have rejected a written transfer request from Saido Berahino, who is on the radar of Tottenham.
