Crazy, you bring on a creative pivot and we start playing better

We are way too sloppy today. So many poor passes that kill our attack.

The 2nd half Arsenal are dominating possession, but like the 1st half they are incredibly sloppy. Everyone keeps giving the ball away far too easily.
Auba has hardly been involved in the match at all. Ramsey needs to settle down, guy is trying too hard out there. Miky has been incredibly wasteful.

That opening lineup killed us from the start

It was a very weak lineup for sure. That said, the players today all performed poorly. Very sloppy.

So poor today. Hopefully this is just an off day although we cant afford any more off days from now on.

I think everyone outside of Iwobi was terrible. Tho Leno did have a few good stops. The only time it looked like anyone gave a crap is when Ozil threw his jacket towards the refs/Emory

We are fricked without Ramsey. He's the only player that consistently gives it everything, outside of sokratis and kosc.
We have too many players that are weak away from home.

don't think that gets overturned with VAR.
Shouldn't need var. The only people in that stadium that didn't see him step over the line, were the refs.

So I'm looking into going to the Charlotte game this summer.

Looked like part of his foot was still on the line at least when he released the ball.
Part of one or both feet can be over the line. As long as at least part of both feet are on or behind the line, it's legal.

That's very interesting. The line is in play. Doesn't make sense imo. So I can walk up and just have my heels on the line and throw the ball in with 90% of my feet in the field of play?

If you pull up the IFAB Laws of the Game, Law 15 is throw ins. It says "At the moment of delivering the ball, the thrower must:
• stand facing the field of play
• have part of each foot on the touchline or on the ground outside the touchline
• throw the ball with both hands from behind and over the head from the point where it left the field of play"
The English FA website has the same wording.
The "part of each foot" allows part of each foot to be over the line.
• stand facing the field of play
• have part of each foot on the touchline or on the ground outside the touchline
• throw the ball with both hands from behind and over the head from the point where it left the field of play"

I would feel better had they stopped defending after the throw in, but they went through the motions to allow that goal. We had no business winning that game. I’m not that upset about the no call
