Indeed. Oddly enough, the Mirror says were targeting Llorente. Also, we're heavily scouting Ganso, but Santos want £20mil sooo.....

Its time the club stand ups and tells him pick any club outside of England and pack your shite. He went from hero to villain in a matter of weeks. Sad to see what seems like an instant replay from last summer.

It will be interesting to see what RvP's legacy is. Arsenal fans generally seem to have forgiven/over-looked Cesc's heinous actions when he left, but have ripped Nasri, who in all honesty handled himself better than Cesc. Now of course, Cesc said all the right things and was just a bastard behind the scenes. RvP's post, an attempt to gain sympathy, will probably end up with his legacy being closer to Nasri's than Cesc's.

Saw we may be interested in Cozorla but other teams(Spuds) are too. We should move in quick on him with Malaga having to sell. Good shout about Cozorla and the Malaga situation by crazy4lsu earlier in the thread.

Cesc also didn't leave for a huge paycheck. He went back to his boyhood club for trophies. I agree it was pretty shitty how he forced his move but unlike Nasri and RVP he wasn't chasing a big payday and that is the difference.

In the big scheme of things, Cesc's actions were more reprehensible and did more damage to the club. Not saying i don't have a soft spot in my heart for him, but those are facts.

And I'm getting a little sick of people talking about these dudes wanting more money because it clearly isn't just that. Players can become disillusioned just like us fans...

Also, apparently Man U bid £10mil so i bit of a chasm there between valuations.

Highlights: Kos signed an extension. Arshavin likely to the Middle East. Beowulf not going to Asia either. Juve bid 8, united 10, city 12. RvP has been professional in training all week.

yg on fringe first team players getting a shot in Asia.

Afobe, Aneke, Miquel, Yennaris, Eastmond and Eisfeld are all making the trip.

If the bids are as low as reported, there is no way we should sell him this summer. He might want to force a move to Man City, but we should force him to put in a transfer request, whereby he loses the percentage of the fee he was supposed to receive.

Eastmond and Yennaris aren't good enough for the first team, so I imagine they are getting put in the shop window. No clue what is going on with Miquel. Afobe deserves a first team chance, and I'd really like to see what Eisfeld and Aneke can do with the first team.

Pretty excellent article detailing who wins the most possession in the EPL. Song and Koscielny represented.

I hope rvp isnt a count. I hope he realizes that these teams are asking way too lil for him. Why would you want to play for a club that is low balling ur supposed favorite club? Keep him, win a trophy, and let him walk if he desires.

RVP is to injury prone... he reminds me of Pato. Simply superb when he's healthy, but when?

Juve just put in a 25m bid for Jovetic, so i'm guessing we aren't even trying for RVP anymore.

Can he get a real low transfer fee, but still get an extremely high weekly wage structure?
